This full building renovation included new lab and office space for a confidential University. The transformation turned unused office space into workspace and specialized areas like hazardous material storage rooms, cold rooms, TC labs, and wet labs.

Included in the project were new glass wash areas, autoclaves, air handlers, exhaust fans, a DI system, an industrial hot water heater, and CDA skid equipment.
