Built in 1953, this 126,000-square-foot building has had several uses but was most recently an industrial art space. The building had largely fallen into disrepair before being acquired by development firm Longfellow. We transformed this concrete tilt-up into a state-of-the-art bioscience facility, complete with a massive 60-foot skylight and terrazzo floors.
Exterior improvements included extensive sitework, alarge structural architectural canopy, and terracotta rainscreens.
